Issues wl@ith Samsung Shot Tracking

I have a few friends that keep track of their rounds through quick stats on an iPhone. This used to be available on Android. It is a step up from basic scoring, but not the full shot by shot tracking. Why is that not available on Samsung? I would love to be able to quickly add C2 or C1 and then the range that I made the putt from (0-11, 11-22, 22-33)

And the shot by shot is very glitchy. I played around yesterday, and had to hold my finger on a spot, and there was a major delay, then on a few holes it doubled up my shots I had to go back and correct them after the round. Even restarted my phone thinking that might have been the problem. I have a new Samsung S25 plus, so it shouldn’t be a phone issue.

I also had this issue with full tracking a few months ago and stopped using it because it was a pain.

When performance is measured performance improves, so I need something to help me. Please work on these features!

Hey Jason, that kind of scoring is definitely still available on Android and Samsung. You can turn it on when creating a scorecard or or in the scorecard menu.

If for some reason you can’t turn on this scoring mode, please let us know. You can reach out in the app with the chat function or email us at help@udisc.com.

Markell,

Attached shows the options that I have. As I mentioned before, full stats has been very glitchy to the point I cannot use it. I’m happy to go into more detail if needed, but it’s not a great option. And there is not a simple stat tracking in Android like there is with iOS.

Hey Jason, the 'Throw Tracker (full stats) for me is the same simple stat tracking that exists in iOS. Can you give me a bit more information on what you are seeing is different with those options? Throw Tracker here doesn’t mean you have to track the locations of each of your throws. This is what full stats scoring is called. In this mode, any time you hit the plus button, it will ask you to select where the landing zone of the disc. The features are identical between the 2 platforms. If you could share more about where you’re seeing a discrepancy, that would be great.

I have looked many times for this option and finally found it when conversing with a friend that has it on iOS. I thought there was a setting I needed to turn on somewhere, or thought my settings looked differnt. What I learned is that when you have “Full Tracking” on, then you can select the + button and then it brings up the options for where the throw landed.. Using the + button with basic score tracking just adds the score as a par, so I was sure it operated the same and never tried that. While confusing, I found it was there. Just took some digging.

Thank you for checking back with me!
