I’m writing to ask about the “Record Throw” feature in the UDisc App (NOT the “measure throw” or the “throw tracker” features).
My friends and I are relatively new to the UDisc app and discovered the feature while we were out playing together. There were 3 of us playing, but only ONE of my friends was able to track his throws with it. Me and my other friend did not see the Blue + and didn’t know how to enable it. We gave up after looking through settings for about 10 min.
This week, me and my friend went to play together again, but now the feature works on MY phone, and his still does not. We tried changing who hosted the round, changing the settings etc, but we again couldn’t figure out how to get the “record throw” working on his phone. I still have no idea why it started working on MY phone.
I use an Android phone, both of my friends use iOS, and none of us have UDisc Pro. I’m unsure if that matters or if this even counts as a bug, but I would appreciate someone’s help with this. If this needs to be enabled with settings, could someone show me how to find it?
I seen that yesterday & thought what about if your playing a Quick 18, Does it track both throwswhen you have One Teepad & Two Baskets, & you are throwing Two discs from the same Teepad??
Sometimes this happens to me and I close the app, re open it, go to “my rounds” and select the “live” session I am in to re open everything. At that point its usually back on screen. There may be an easier way to remedy this.
A coworker of mine as an iPhone and he’s had this problem since day 1. I also have an iPhone, and “Record Throw” was working just fine until this latest update. Now it’s gone from my scorecards as well. Surely there is a way to get it working again. Any ideas?
While in a score card go to settings / customize / record stats / - then in that menu you can select throw tracker.
It says it should apply for everyone but that feature didn’t work for me and my card mate we had to individually go in and select the option. This is on an iPhone so I hope it works for you.
