Is there a way to mark what your disc throwing during a round?

Yes! The best way to do this is to use map scoring by tapping the + Record Throw option below the map in your scorecard. Once you tap + Record a Throw you’ll see a ruler icon - tap this and you can record the disc you threw for this shot.
