My home course has 36 holes with varying layouts that all stem from the front 16, but from there on there are multiple ways you could play. Often times, we find ourselves wanting to play a different layout than the one we originally started with, and have had to create entirely new scorecards which is a bit tedious and slow. Is there a way around this? If not would it be possible to add this feature. Thanks in advance!

Hi @adamgill21,
There is no way to switch which layout you’re playing mid-round, but if you are playing a Smart Layout you can tap the orange basket icon in the top right of your scorecard and change the tee you’re playing from and/or basket you’re playing to. It’s pretty easy to change layouts walking my course.
I’ve had to trash a few Udisc cards because we switch layouts regular. I started to just not use Udisc for casual rounds because I assume the layout is going to change and “Udisc doesn’t allow it” is not … well received as an excuse not to.
The change tee feature is helpful. Thank you for that.

Can agree, would be great to change rounds from full 18 to front 9 if we change plans mid-round. For statistics!

Would be really useful to be able to change layout mid round. It’s 37 degrees today and it was way too hot to get through the 18.
Maybe when selecting finish partial round there can be an option to select the front 9 layout if only 9 holes were played.

+1 the feature of switching layouts after you’ve started a card- or even after the entire round has been played and saved. Please add this feature, so we can just click edit and change the card from one layout to another. Thank you!!!

Another +1 for this, we play a 9 hole course that has a layout for 18 (two laps), we often decide after the first 9 to go again and have to start a new round instead of changing to 18.

Well if that simple modification is impossible… how about making an option on a course that has a 9 (or 10 as is the case with Berhampore Wellington NZ) hole short and 18 full that share the same front layout…. to stop at 9, or continue the full 18.
It could be a checkbox before starting that can be normally ignored so doesn’t affect full course players.
Berhampore is a shared ball golf course that had a 10 hole only with the last 8 added recently across the road.
Often you aren’t sure what the weather etc is going to do so have to choose the 18 layout when often you only complete the 10.
Having the option to change course if you have so far only played the exact matching holes from another layout should be a simple data porting option with a simple hole match qualification.
Plus 1 to this request. Our home course is 18 holes with 9 tee pads, so we do two laps to get in 18 holes. For a variety of reasons, we often switch from 9 to 18 holes or 18 to 9 holes. It would be great to be able to switch the layout after starting.
