I would love it if there were a feature in the UDisc app that allows you to select which tee/basket you are playing at each hole instead of being confined to a preselected layout for the whole round. I would call it Custom Layouts. For example, there are a lot of courses around where I live that I would like to play 17 long tees and 1 short tee or 5 White baskets and 13 Red baskets, but the preselected layouts don’t allow it. Wondering if others would agree.

Hi Jonah, There is one way to get that Custom Layout you suggest in a disc golf course and that’s to just become an embassador of that course. It is worth to become an embassador of that course and design any custom layout you wish if is a course you go often to play or is near your home. I had to do it here in Florida in two courses in Bradenton, GT Bray and Tom Bennett park, not only to add practice custom 9 holes on both courses, but to make corrections to the layouts created by previous emabassadors that were not active or just abandoned updating the layouts or making them better. Here is what I did in 2025 in those two courses, the only two 18 hole courses in Bradenton. In GT Bray, I fixed the numbers of the holes on the back 9, instead of showing basket 10, 11, 12… it was repeating the basket from 1, 2, 3 etc. confusing to the players, fixed that. I think it only had short pads front 9 and back 9, so added long pads front 9 and back 9, also added a practice 9 hole round, 15, 16 and 17, so x3 times each, with the 3rd time around using the long pads, these 3 holes are together so easy to go in a circle 3 times. Now for Tom Bennett, the embassador in this long course never added front and back 9 layouts, so if you wanted to only do 9 holes short or long pads, you could not, or you were force to select 18 holes short or long pads and play front 9 or back 9 and then just quit, end your playing session. So as embassador I added front 9 and back 9 short and long pads, also did a custom layout of holes 16, 9, 10, 11 x2 and 12 x1, a bit of a circle type like I did in GT Bray, this custom layout leave the water holes out. I did extra things for this 2 courses, order the UDisc signs to be posted and reached out to dept of recreation and they posted new metal round Mando signs in Tom Bennett. Some course layout or par numbers do not make sense to me but if I dont live near or will go often to that that course do not think is worth for me to become embassador, I guess one option is to reach the Ambassador of the course, not sure how, maybe Udisc can tell you or leaving a comment and helpfully the embassador is active you can suggest the custom layout. In Hidden Oaks at Loyce Harpe Park, Lakeland, FL, I would like one change, the summer layout that is available now in July 2024, the short pads has most holes 201 to 320 ft, all 18 holes are par 3, well there is one hole, hole 10, which from the short pad is a whooping 478 ft and the terrain is on a side hill and dog left to the left up hill, so you would need 550 ft power or so to make it that basket in 1 shot, impossible, even the Pros would have a hard time in that whole, so that hole should be a par 4, but is not, but dont think I will be going as much to that course, I wil leave a comment to change that hole to par 4… I will not become an embassador to just make that change, also signs will have to be updated for that whole, so it is more involved. Ok, I hope I helped a bit…
Hey @jjanssen, during a round, on your scorecard, you can tap on the basket icon in the top right and change the tee or target you’re playing. You have to do it one hole at a time anytime you want to make a change, but this will allow you to play a round while mixing in some different tees and targets as you describe.

oh wow, that is easy to do for when we want to change the number of a par in a course, so if the distance from the tee pad to the basket is 478 ft and is listed as a par 3 I can change it to a par 4 by touching the basket on top right, can’t wait to try this in Hidden Oak course in Lakeland, FL, the hole/basket 10 is listed as a par 3 as the rest of the other 17 baskets, and it is 478 ft on the side of the hill and going up a hill to the basket, and this is the short tee pad, wonder who came up with a par 4 for that distance and terrain.
