I have a simple issue: some random (i wont share their username publicly here) keeps adding me to their scorecard, and it seems like there is nothing i can do about it! This has been going on for months now. I feel like they do it by accident, but i have no way to contact them and tell them that im not who they think i am. I need admins to contact them?
I now ended one scorecard where i put all bogeys for them, and only aces for me. I added a comment to the round to please stop adding my profile, lets hope that they see it.
There is a relatively new feature that you can enable which will require players you don’t know to enter a code in order to add you to their card. See more here on how to set it up: 🔢 How can I prevent people from accidentally adding me to scorecards? | UDisc Support
I have not experienced this, so I’m sorry for your frustration. But, your response to give them all bogies and yourself all aces is hilarious!!!
This seems like a solution, thanks!
So, he just added me again, adding the pin code did not fix the issue, maybe because he had added me earlier before i activated the feature.
Can i report his user somewhere?
Is it a league event or a normal scorecard?
You can send the details of the user in question to help@udisc.com and our team can help get things sorted.
We’ve noticed a couple bugs where cardmate code isn’t respected and will be getting those addressed soon as well - so it could be one of these situations or that you were already added previously.
