Allow adding the same user twice to a scorecard

I have a “Player 2” account in UDisc that I use when I am playing a course, throwing two off each tee and fully scoring both. But then after the round I manually create a round with my normal account and copy the scores over, so that I get the proper stats for birdie rate, holes played, etc.

What I would like is to be able to add my user to a scorecard twice so I can skip that manual copying step.

Hi Austin, I think what you are saying is that you have two UDisc accounts and want to be able to score both accounts at the same time? Is this correct? If so, you can check out this article on how to add friends to a scorecard.
If I misinterpretted what you are asking, apologies! Please let us know more about what you would like to do so we can assist! Best, Team UDisc

Nope! I add friends to scorecards all the time.

What I want is to score two simultaneous rounds for myself on the same scorecard. On each throw, I myself am throwing two off the tee, approaching or putting from each resulting lie, etc. And I want to be able to keep track of “Austin1” and “Austin2” through the round, ending up with two round scores at the end, as if I had played the course twice sequentially.

Thanks for clarifying, @austinsharp! You could technically create two versions of yourself for a round like this - one as your current account, and another as a “local player” by tapping Create new player. Not entirely what you’re hoping for, but could work for the time being.

We’ll keep your suggestion in mind for future updates

That’s exactly what I do. But I want the stats from both Austin1 and Austin2 when I look at hole scoring and averages, course averages, and so on - so I end up copying Austin2 to a new round under my main account.

Hey Austin, sorry for any confusion here. Currently the way you are doing this sounds like the best workaround. We don’t have any plans currently to add the ability to put your account on a scorecard more than once, be we will be sure to pass along this suggestion for the use-case you described.
