Not sure why this still isn’t possible since the mobile app has been able to upload photos from the beginning, but can you please let us upload photos from the desktop interface.
As a course designer, almost all of my work is done from my PC and not being able to upload photos as I populate new course listings is extremely frustrating. My photos are synced to my PC (I don’t use Google Photos) because I take so many and then removed from my phone, it’s a pretty arduous process to then repopulate my phone with pics just so I can upload them via your app.
I understand that I’m an edge case as a professional course designer, but I’m sure there are others that are in the same scenario after events for instance
Thanks for posting here and providing feedback. This is totally understandable and we can see the benefit of this. It isn’t on the near-term roadmap at the moment, but it is something we hope to implement in the future. If you have any other thoughts or feedback, please never hesitate to share them with us!
Thanks Markell, I knew it was an edge case, but it’s also basic functionality that should be there. As long as it’s on your dev teams radar, that’s good enough for now.
I rotate cover photos every season. I’d like to just add pictures from my desktop, but have to do extra steps to upload via phone and wait for approval. It would be great if at least course ambassadors can upload from desktop.
I also back the idea of being able to upload via PC! It kind of seems like a one-and-done thing, right?
Not even just for being a course ambassador, but as a photographer, I shoot with a camera instead of a phone, and much like my fellow ambassadors here, dumping my photos from my camera’s card to my PC, then dumping the dumped photos to your phone (I use DropBox) is a seriously huge pain in the buttox area.
They say; “Two is company, but three is a crowd.”, and with three ambassadors here saying the same thing…? It may be high time for crowd control.
Sounds like it’s time to pull the trigger, and offer us desktop uploads! Amirite?

No need to riot! Photo uploads from the web are now supported via the course ambassador tools. At the top of the Photos tab in your course ambassador tools, you’ll now see a button to “Upload photo”.
