Garmin app floor tracking

Hi

I’ve noticed when marking score on my Garmin watch, Udisc app doesn’t track floors climbed, can this be fixed?

Thanks very much for the heads-up here, Samuli! Are you seeing that your steps and distance appear to be accurate, but your floors climbed aren’t tracked? Steps and distance seem to be correct, just when marking score with Garmin, it basically stops tracking floors climbed while udisc activity is running. Tested a course and got 0 floors with udisc app, with walking activity got over 20 floors.

Thank you Samuli! Just to clarify, is this happening on your Fenix 7 device? We received another report of this happening on Fenix 8 today.

Yeah, noticed this on my Fenix 7.

Thank you Samuli, does the UDisc app always display 0 floors for you, or is the “floors” value completely missing from the UI? If you could include a screenshot to illustrate how it looks for you, that would be much appreciated!
