Flighted League

We run a flighted league 2 times per week. At the end of the night we put the scores in a spreadsheet and manually figure the flights. We use manually created udisc cards, then enter the scores in to the spreadsheet. We do not use udisc live for the league for fear that people would possibly sandbag if they are towards the bottom of a flight. Would it be possible to have a league event, use the live scoring, but only allow the league admins to see the live scores? This way we could enter scores as cards are done. When all cards were final then the rest of the field could see the scores?

Hi @kevinrneufeld, thanks for reaching out about this. There is no way currently to only make scores visible for league admin and not players. Our team is exploring ways to expose score changes to league and event admin so that you could see if someone was augmenting scores. This may not solve sandbagging entirely, but could help you pinpoint if someone wasn’t being honest about their score.

If you have interest in testing this out as it exists now, please let me know. Would love to hear your thoughts about what you’d expect to see!

Jenn - thank you, yes I would be willing to help in anyway I can. Thank you

Thanks, Kevin! Our team actually just released scoring history within the admin leaderboard for leagues and events. Would love for you to check this out and let us know of any feedback you have.
