Since recent update watch app will not open . I have unistalled and reinstalled a couple times with no luck. Everything appears to up to date. Any help would be appreciated.
I am in the same boat. Followed all the given steps, but same result. Seems like something broke on the UDisc end.
Same here. Just goes to a black screen. I emailed support before realizing I should check here.
Anyway, I’ve tried a ton of stuff, even wiped my watch completely, all to no avail.
Samsung Galaxy Watch 7 (40mm?) connect to Google Pixel 6a. Latest versions and even tried beta version of both watch and phone uDisc apps.
-Phone app: beta.2025.07.11
-Watch app: 20.0.2.w
Edit: I should say that I think this started after updating my phone app. But I could be wrong. I joined the beta program after that hoping it would fix the issue but it did not.
My GW7 App broke yesterday as well.
Ok im glad i looked here. I just bought a galaxy 7 and was adding udisc to the watch. It feels like its trying to open because it vibrates when i open a round but nothing shows
I was thinking it was something i was doing wrong but looks like from these comments it may be a udisc issue
Hopefully will get resolved soon. I was looking forward to using my watch
instead of my phone to keep score

I have this problem too. I disconnected the Samsung Watch 6 Classic from the phone and reconnected it, then it worked one time. The next time I started a new round on new track it stopped working again. So every time I disconnect the watch and reconnect it, it works 1 time.

I was mistaken, and it was actually a beta app version that was approved, not the production app release that contains the fix for this Wear OS watch app issue. Interesting, I had to leave the Beta program to get the official update. I wouldn’t have expected that. After madweeser’s comment I can’t help but think I did something wrong there.
Either way, it is working again on the official Google Play release.

It is still not working for me. I joined beta a downloaded the 7/11 update and uninstalled/reinstalled on watch. Still wont open. The version of the app i had before beta was 23.0.3. Maybe the official update hasn’t hit my area yet?
Wasn’t working for me at first, but I cleared the app’s cache on my phone after getting my beta update, but that didn’t do it (on its own at least). Next I did an uninstall/reinstall on the watch app,and that was enough to get me working again!
You may have to visit the Google Play Store on your watch to see the “update” or “install” button that contains the new watch app version with the fix (you won’t see the updated app version in Google Play on your phone). I hope this helps!
If anyone is still having problems with udisc and the watch, do this. This only applies to “Samsung Wearable” others I don’t know how they work, but there should be a similar way to disconnect the watch from the phone.
Make sure you have a backup on the watch!
Remove the watch from the phone. When it is disconnected, remove it from the phone in “Samsung Wearable”. Now you can connect the watch back to the phone and also restore the backup on the watch. After the backup is restored. Go to Google Play on the watch and install udisc again.
