I find course ratings/reviews a good indicator when visiting new courses. Wondering if there’s an opportunity to bring that to each specific basket for course ambassadors to gather feedback on user experience with basket placements.
Ex: Course changes basket location from A to B. Course ambassador is able to take a look at user feedback (let’s say thumbs up/down percentage) to understand how users like that hole at B location compared to A.
I’m sure there’s a better way to implement but could be useful even if data is not shared with end-users.
