I think it would be really cool if ambassadors could see who left a rating for a course on UDisc. Right now, you only see it when someone writes a review, but if they just give a star rating, you unfortunately can’t tell who it was.

Well, you have to consider that a local person may want to be anonymous because of personal preference, or maybe because they want to give honest critical feedback without drawing attention from people they likely play with or run into often at the course.
I recently left a somewhat critical review of a local course and thought about how inaccurate alot of the ratings were and how it might be due to users not wanting to offend anyone. There are an aweful lot of high rated courses (4+) out there that really dont deserve that rating in my opinion. Alot of people rate based on their experience instead of the design, upkeep, etc of the course.
I think anonymous posting should be allowed on full reviews as well as simple ratings to encourage honesty and privacy.
Appreciate the conversation around this! This isn’t something we plan to implement in the near future, please something we’ll keep in mind. We have discussed allowing course ambassadors to reply to reviews, but this does require some thought to ensure the conversations stay safe.
