We have a course on our corporate campus that is private. I have created the league, added all of the participants and weekly, private events. When I (or other league admins) go into udisc–>events->> my events, the event shows up and I can select it and check in. For members of the league, it does not show up. Is there an easy way to have the event show up for members, but not public? Or, is there a way to check in all of the members in bulk? The best way I have found is the QR code link to the event, but it seems like if someone is the member of the league, the league events should show up in “My events”. Am I missing something?

Players should also be able to find the event if they search for it by name, but this does sound like an issue some other have run into that our team is working on fixing. In the meantime, you can use your Quick link for the event that’s in your League tools → Quick Link tab to help players find the event. If you print this and have it with you at check-in, players should be directed straight to the most current event.
