In previous doubles seasons once a player checks in for an event, as an admin, I could check them in for following events. I have a singles league that I thought was set up the same way, but people don’t show up in my list for me to check them in. There are divisions in the new league, and events are added ad hoc. Is it because I’m using advanced settings?
Something happened over the off season. My league I’ve had for a couple years I could sign up or check in anyone who was a member, and it would pre-populate a list for me to make it easy to add players. Now I have to type in the Udisc name EXACTLY to add them.
I don’t think we intended to change this, so we will investigate. Where is this happening - Event or League tools, or in-app?

I usually add the players who are making that week, set up the cards etc. All through the website and league admin tools. So on this page:

There’s an “+add participant” button. This brings up a popup window called “Add participant” with UDisc account at the top (search username, email, or PDGA).
I used to be able to start typing and it would auto-fill in my members for me to select from. It no longer does this, I have to type in exact username, it will match (sometimes this takes a few seconds and I have to be more patient than I want to be) and then I can select and add them.
