We are aware of a crash happening for some users on iOS app version 18.3. This will be fixed in 18.3.1 and we hope to have that available as soon as possible. Make sure you have automatic updates enabled so the new version will download once it’s available. We will also update this thread when that version goes live.
App version 18.3.1 has been released. Updating your app to this version should resolve any crashes you were experiencing. If you continue to have problems, please contact us at help@udisc.com.
