I’ve un-installed multiple times and it keep crashing without opening. Im able to use it on my tablet, but im not bringing that out to the course with me.
Im having the same issue. I updated today for the beta version and App would not load on my android phone.
Tried
-uninstall and reinstalled; still doesnt load
-Turned off beta test version in app store, uninstalled and reinstalled; still crashing
Im having the same issue. Uninstalled > reinstalled. Left beta. Cleared cache and memory. Im on the latest android build for a s24 ultra as of 10/1.
Edit: I was able to get the app to launch. I also disconnected and powered off my galaxy watch and it seemed to load without issue after reinstalling while the watch was off

Hey all, thanks for your patience! This is a beta only issue. We have located the crash and have a fix but it’s waiting on approval from Google. Please note that this is only happening right now on the beta version (20.0.12) of the app. If you’d like to leave the beta you can do so via the Google Play Store. Ensure that you have truly been removed, as Google has to do this. (It can take a few minutes.) Then reinstalling the production version (20.0.11) of the app will eliminate the crash.
I uninstalled Beta from Play,
Waited a minute.
Installed the official version.
ALL GO.
Sooo… if I want to receive BETA versions in future… do I need to uninstall & reinstall the BETA version once the issues are sorted?
(Wish it was working for me yesterday, I was told I was 8 over when I was 7 over so could have got a slightly better club tag (Not that I deserve a better tag for going 7 over!.

You can definitely rejoin the beta if you want via the Play Store. The crash has been fixed, so if you choose to rejoin the app should be working again, even on the beta version.
I’m having the same issue. With an iPhone 7, the app refuses to open. This is the UDisc PRO version. Any help?

Thanks for reaching out here. This is a separate issue than the last crash. Our team found an issue that’s isolated to iOS 15 and is causing the app to crash if location services are used.
We’re looking into getting this fixed, but in the short term you can head to Settings → Apps → UDisc > Location and select ‘Never’ This will disable location services which means that some tools won’t be available to you but it will mean the app won’t crash. We’ll post an update in this forum once things are fixed.
