Gender Specific Leaderboards

For layout leaderboards I wish that you could filter by gender. I think leaderboards are used quite frequent by general users and golfers but it would be nice to see how you stack up against your competition. The first step would be gendered. Yes that requires you to self identify. And yes ultimately it would be great based on your division or rating but that is a whole different animal.
