Garmin Issues Forerunner 245 Music

Anyone have any issues connecting Forerunner 245 Music to the udisc app? It says its compatible and when i try searching it doesnt appear. I try using udisc app then garmin and when i try to install it says its not supported. App, watch and phone all updated

Yea ive done all the troubleshooting and factory reset 3 times. Not sure if its the watch or what

I am having this same issue with mine. Can’t even find on the store on a regular search and have to go through an external webpage to even find it. When i do it says “This Garmin Forerunner 245 Music is not compatible”

Thank you for the heads-up here, Ethan! As far as we can tell, this model should still be compatible. A possible scenario here is that something on your watch isn’t updated all the way. Can you make sure you have the latest version of the Connect IQ Store as well as the most up-to-date firmware version on your watch?

Please let us know if it’s all up to date and still saying incompatible. Did you purchase the device from a third party such as Amazon, by any chance? It seems like that’s what had happened with the previous commenter in this thread, who had received a version of the device that was intended for Southeast Asia and wasn’t fully up-to-date.
