Changing a course to it's new layout

A local course (Round Barn in Manhattan, IL) has permanently changed from an 18 hole to a 9 hole course due to storm damage.

The listing contains no contact information and no one seems to know who the course ambassador is, or even if there is one.

How do you go about updating the course information in this case? The only layouts listed no longer exist. I am someone with no special access and found the things I was able to change are very limited.
