I find that when browsing course reviews, having the tag “after playing __ layout” is really helpful in knowing if it is genuine. However, this feature is only ever available to your review if it is written immediately after your round is ended. I know from playing, especially with many people, that after a round is finished they all want to know the final scores. I usually have to end up pressing the “X” to close the pop-ups to find out, and therefore end my chances at being given that ability to write a review with that tab. I will say, sometimes, the next few times I open the round, it will give me the option again to review, though usually I am trying to check my scorecard so do not have the time for that. I think this feature could be somewhat improved, considering many people have already discussed a similar problem.
What I propose is that, as a new feature, you are given a countdown on your scorecard of, say, 24 hours, to write a review with this “after playing __” tag attached so it is available for writing. This would improve the experience for the average user and also be less “in your face”, therefore maybe incentivizing players to write more reviews.

Hey! Thank you, this is a super cool idea. I like the way you’ve described a timeframe for reviewing. I agree being able to see that someone recently played a certain layout is super helpful. I’ll for sure bring this feedback to the rest of the team.

I agree with this. Written reviews are a valuable tool for course ambassadors and parks departments. I think this should be made a priority as I have seen less and less written reviews this year. My local course has had 674 play counts in the last two months and only one written review… “Great”.
