Several issues have happened with my UDisc app today.
no matter what course I try to pull up, I get the following message:
”There was a problem loading the photos for this course. Try Again.”
I played a full round at UNC Disc Golf course today using a smart layout (Short Tees) and it failed to post the round rating despite multiple tries refreshing.
It is not posting the round to my community feed.
I thought it might have been the data connection while I was on the course but even with full bars and a 5G connection or even my 1Gig wi-fi connection at my house, none of this is working. Have never seen this issue before.
Please let me know if you need any further information from me about this issue.
Apparently there is some sort of network issue but I don’t see anyone posting about it. I logged out of the app and am unable to log in due to “network issues”. Already tried restarting my phone, reinstalling, etc. Nothing is working
UPDATE: As of this morning I was able to log in and resync with the servers. My round from yesterday was lost but I was able to recreate it from a screenshot. Not sure what the issue was or how it was resolved but it seems to be working now.
