When I finish a round, it takes between 10 minutes and I’ve had it be more than an hour to get a rating for a round. This doesn’t seem to change depending on a course in the middle of town vs a course in the middle of nowhere, or if I get back to wifi, etc.
Is this normal behavior?
Hey Andy, that is definitely not normal behavior. Can you send us a message to help@udisc.com and we’ll be glad to work through this with you. 
So I timed it today since I hadn’t had a chance to do a round since my last message. After 30 seconds I got a “oops we couldn’t get your rating” message, then when I retried it got it in another 20-30 seconds or so. I’ll keep an eye on it and send a message if I have more trouble, perhaps my trouble is patience.
Even that seems a little long Andy. Could you try uninstalling and reinstalling UDisc, and let me know if that makes any difference?
Same for me. The rating takes minutes, but then I might get a “great round” (even when it’s rubbish lol) notification an hour later.
