Looking for resources and funding ideas to create a new course in my local village park

Hello all,

I live in Sherwood, WI and my buddy and I are looking to gather information and funding to get a new disc golf course created at our local park in the village. Wondering if anyone has ideas and or resources to aid in getting a new course created including working with local government. Any assistance or information is welcomed to get this process started!
