Getting out to play again today, open the app and the first thing I notice is my streak counter is sitting at 0. I’ve had a streak going since August of 2023, and it’s important to me. Not to get too much into it but I struggle with depression and that streak helps me motivate myself each week. I’m not currently in an area or situation where I get to play a bunch, only once a week, but I look forward to it so much.
The app even shows my round where I extended the streak to 140 weeks on May 2nd. Then there are rounds on May 4th and May 11th continuing the streak. I’ve included a screenshot of the 140 week round. I’m only allowed one screenshot or I would have included the two following rounds. Today should have been 143.
I really hope this is just a temporary issue and/or can be fixed. Even outside of my personal streak, a streak tracker isn’t of much use if it doesn’t work.
Hiya, I don’t know what exactly happened in your case but I’ve recently realized that I lost my streak as well, but due to my fault - I forgot to add a round that I played during the previous week to UDisc (I wasn’t keeping scores during the round) and I was able to just add the round myself after realizing this, with a start date in the past (somewhere in round settings), and it restored my streak without any problems. So I’m sure with the help of the guys at UDisc you’ll manage to find a way to get your streak back. Have a great day mate!
Thanks for the support. Crisis seems to be averted, as I’m a couple holes until my round and just checked the main menu and it is now showing a 142 week streak as it should. Not sure if starting a round fixed it or maybe someone from Udisc did it but hasn’t replied. Either way I’ll leave this post up as there still seems to be some kind of bug in that it initially displayed 0 weeks. I’ll have to see if it properly counts at the end of the round as well. At the very least maybe this thread can help someone else who may encounter the same issue.
Sorry you ran into this, @eleveneighteen! This sounds like all your data just had not synced to your device. This is expected on the newest version, so glad to hear your 142 week streak is back. IMPRESSIVE!
