How do we use accuracy and putting practice on Udisc?

Sorry for the dumb question, I’m new and could use the practice.
How does this funtion work?

I dont wven know where to start, is it assuming users have an accuracy routine?

I did not click start practice, it’s pretty clear after you click it and take a look.
