Are you experiencing issues when using the UDisc App and you think you may have discovered a bug? Before reporting a bug, you can troubleshoot the issue by:

  • Verifying that you are on the most up-to-date version of UDisc. You can check the News Category for information on the most recent update.

  • Uninstalling the UDisc App and reinstalling it. After doing so, make sure you get logged back in to your UDisc account.

After trying the above steps, attempt to reproduce the issue you were experiencing. If you are still seeing the problem, please reach out to us at help@udisc.com and we will be glad to assist.

I’m an iOS beta tester and was using Slack for info about updates and to report bugs. Has that channel been replaced by one on this forum?
