Doubles round 'ace' not showing in my stats

I hit an ace this weekend in a doubles tournament. By default the ‘include round in stats’ is turned off for doubles (appropriately).

However, I count ‘aces’ even in doubles rounds, and I use UDisc as my record-keeper. It now has this irritating ‘40 aces’ listed just below the ‘bar graph’ where it shows 39 aces. :frowning:

I cannot change the round to ‘include’ this data. It is locked once the tournament finished. As I am the one who ‘started’ the card, I’m not sure if I should delete it (even if I can)? If I can delete the round, then I’ll just make a round that includes the stats and that will solve it, but wanted to check to see if anyone else had a better idea/knowledge to share. Thanks!

Hi Loren,

Thanks very much for your thoughtful message, and congrats on the ace! This is something we’re aware of, and you’re right there is some room for improvement for counting aces in teams rounds (like doubles). Right now, all teams rounds are filtered out of the bar chart entirely, so those scores don’t affect your birdie %, eagle %, etc. But this means the ace line also filters out your doubles aces.

We have a few ideas on how we might be able to create a better experience for this statistical discrepancy that you’ve described in a potential future updated version, and we will keep you in the loop on any major developments.

Interesting. I have the opposite problem. I have credit for an ace my teammate threw a couple months ago.

Hey @bsgillis, thanks for sending this along and sorry for any confusion here. There is no way to determine who threw the ace on the card, so the ace that’s displayed here is pulling accurately. The ace for rounds that are “excluded from profile stats” will not display in the bar graph, but will display in the total count (as you screenshotted).

This is something we hope to fix in the future, and appreciate your feedback!
