Seems like my elbow is double jointed. When I throw I hyperextend and I hear cracking and popping followed by pain. I know that this is partially due to my bad form but in the meantime I need a way to limit the damage until I can figure it out. Does anyone know if braces help? What kind should I get? If you’re double jointed too any other advice for me?
Would an elbow sleeve brace help? I would think it could provide the support, but wonder if it may get in the way of your throw.
