It would be nice to have a course maintenance section where ambassadors could create a to-do list for course maintenance and projects. Would anybody else find this useful?

Hi @mocheez, thanks for joining the conversation here! Really love this idea. Are you thinking this would be a checklist style that would disappear was projects are completed? Would these be recurring tasks? Would they be visible to the public as well, or only to Course Ambassadors?

Are you thinking this would be a checklist style that would disappear was projects are completed? Yes, checklist style that disappears once projects/tasks are completed. Or they could remain in the list but crossed out in red to show they are complete.
Would these be recurring tasks? Yes, there could be recurring tasks such as monthly garbage removal, annual lock lubrication, etc.
Would they be visible to the public as well, or only to Course Ambassadors? Making the list public could be optional as projects/tasks are created. Or Ambassadors could invite certain users/volunteers to view and edit the list (similar to Udisc Leagues).
Any other details about your expected experience would be helpful. I currently use an App called Anylist for keeping track of course maintenance. Something similar to that app’s base functionality would be perfect.
It’s difficult to gather volunteers for a workday as people have busy lives with varying schedules. Having a list out in the open for volunteers to see would allow for people to come and go on their own schedule while knowing what work needs to be done.
