UDisc leagues used to allow players to score a round in multiple divisions. This was great for flex leagues that require “witnesses” to count a round towards the league.
Example: player A can only play on Tuesday, but players B, C, and D can play on both Tuesday and Wednesday. All players decide to play on Tuesday, with A Playing in the official division and B, C, and D playing a practice round alongside him in the witness division.
When B, C, and D go to play their official round together on Wednesday, they’re already checked into the witness division in UDisc. They can change their division, but when they do, it changes their division for all previous rounds as well. So now players B, C, and D’s official round is “entry #2” and it doesn’t show up on the leaderboard correctly.
I request that divisions are only assigned to individual rounds instead of being forced to be the same for every round of an event.
Thanks for detailing how you are trying to use the league functionality.
We don’t currently have any plans to change how divisions and rounds work in a league event. I’d suggest finding an alternative way to record witness rounds outside of the leagues platform and only use the league event to record official rounds if that is something you plan to continue.
I realize that may not be the answer you are hoping for but I want to be clear so you can plan accordingly.
Currently, not really - the method for choosing which entry is shown is based on score and we can’t explicitly pick an entry to show as the primary entry.
However, there is a workaround you might be able to use. You can mark an entry as “DNF” and this will demote the entry so that it is not selected. So you could DNF all entries for the person except their primary round and this would function the way you are hoping (I think).
More fine-grained manipulation of entries could be something we consider as an option in the future, but still not something near term.
