Addition to hide overall score new feature

Hiding overall score when putting scores in but being able to see it when switching to scorecard

When doing tournaments, I love the way PDGA live is set up; you put in your scores not immediately able to see them, but you can still go to a different section to take a look. I use UDisc’s “hide overall score” feature, but when I switch over to my current scorecard, I have to add up bogeys and birdies and such to get the current score since it doesn’t show it immediately. It would be nice to not see the total scores when logging them on (beneath the name) but can see them when switching to scorecard.

What you are describing is what’s already happening, at least on Android.

When I use the “hide overall score” on round setup I can’t see my total when I enter the scores (“pen” menu, top left), but when I switch to the scorecard (“list” menu) it shows the total right away.

I’m on the latest beta, but it has been this way for a couple of months at least, because your scenario is my own use case.

What OS/version do you use?

I just updated to the most recent - UDisc didn’t notify me there was a new one - and yes, there is now an option for that. Thanks for that insight!
This feature seems to only work on smart layouts.

Edit: just used it on a round, and it doesn’t give me the score anymore when switching to scorecard. Any reason why it wouldn’t work?
