Im wondering if there is a sliding scale that adjusted the round ratings for the weather conditions since local weather are listed in app during the round.

No, weather conditions (especially wind, which impacts discs the most) are hyper-local and vary hole to hole, and even vary while playing different parts of the same hole. It’s not really possible to apply an adjustment fairly.

Instead, you are welcome to exclude a round from stats if you play when the weather is very poor. Or, just keep it without worrying too much because your everyday / competition rating only include the top 40% of your most recent 20 rounds. UDisc player ratings are meant to represent how you play at your best!
