# New communication tools for UDisc Leagues and Events

The UDisc Leagues and Events platform now includes a plethora of functionalities to help you get the word out to players! Send a message to the entire league, or reach a specific card, player, or division with the pertinent details they might need to know.

**Email your league:**

- From your league admin tools, hit the _Messages & updates_ tab and select “Send email to league members”. This is a great way to spread the news about your upcoming league season schedule, and set expectations regarding league rules or play formats. 📨

**Reach out to a card:**

- Tap the three dots icon in the upper-right of a card grouping from your admin leaderboard page and hit “Send message to card”, which allows you to shoot a quick push notification to those specific players’ phones. You can use this tool to make a friendly reminder about picking up the CTP flag, or other important details that you might have initially forgotten to mention on the day of the event. 🏴

**Message an individual:**

- Via the admin leaderboard page, use the diagonal pencil icon next to a player’s score to send a targeted message intended for only them. Whether you have a disc golfer who left their mini on the course, or who maybe needs a friendly reminder to stop by the clubhouse and settle their buy-in fee, consider extending a courteous communication as an olive branch to help them stay on top of things during a busy event. 🕊
