# Made account, can’t get on app now

I just made an account and now when I try to get on the app it just pops off. Won’t let me get on it.

Hey @warfrog I am sorry to hear you are having troubles! Are you still unable to get in? If so, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. And if you still have issues, please shoot us an email at [help@udisc.com](mailto:help@udisc.com).
