I tried to log on udisc on both my ipad and phone. Keep getting network error. Only UDisc that had issues for me atm so its not my internet

The last half dozen or so times I’ve played, the step / distance count for my rounds has been incorrect, such as saying 120 steps when it’s more like 2,000. Is this a new bug and what should I do to fix it? Thanks!
